Preparation time for items ranges from 1 week to 18 business days. It may be extended by an additional week during peak times and busy seasons.
No exchange, return, cancellation, or modification is allowed (as the items are tailored upon your request and are not ready-made).
In case of a manufacturing defect, you must contact us on WhatsApp on the same day immediately.
The velvet used in the abayas is high-quality Chinese velvet.
In case of incorrect measurements, the customer must measure the item using a measuring tape and send clear photos.
Loose threads are not considered a manufacturing defect.
The item’s color may slightly differ due to lighting and photography; this does not mean the color is completely different.
The purchase cannot be canceled after payment is completed.
